THE CHALLENGES
When ResponsibleTraining.com partnered together with SEO Experts Inc. in September of 2018, they were on the backend of a website migration and experiencing decreases in conversions on the website. This was directly tied to decreases in overall traffic and organic keyword rankings.
Many Keywords that were historically responsible for driving organic traffic to the site were rapidly decreasing in rankings, leaving ResponsibleTraining.com scrambling to find the cause.

Their offerings range from Food Handler Training, Alcohol Server Training, Food Manager Training and Childcare Training to industrial certifications such as Forklift Safety Training & Under Ground Storage Training.
THE STRATEGY
We identified several technical on-site SEO and usability issues. We also identified off-site optimization issues, including a low domain trust flow and citation flow, indicating the need to acquire more high-quality backlinks from authoritative, trustworthy websites.
Within the first 3 months, we fixed all of the on-site and usability issues. We then focused on earning high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
